about

Hi, I'm Alex!

Based in London and Panama

I founded and run DUMO. I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2024 with a major in History and a minor in Computer Science, and I'm currently completing a master's degree in Big Data in Culture and Society from the department of Digital Humanities in King's College London.

During my studies, I have looked for ways to combine my longtime interests in mathematics, history and solving problems. I'm also drawn to politics, art and graphic design, and DUMO is where all of that comes together.

I work with organizations to bring their work online, from websites and apps to data tools that make public information easier to understand.
